Our single-head bending machines of NCBA series are made by the advanced Italian techniques and are automatic stereo pipe benders with the collecting machine, liquid and electricity to integrate. This machine adopts the advanced imported touch screen operation and it can input, store a variety of elbow data and instruction. In the process of pipe bending, the outer diameter and thickness of different pipes and the different bending radius directly lead to the different bending moment of the pipe. It has three-dimensional continuous indexing in automatic multi angle and the manual feeding is to the need for complex work piece machining accuracy.
This series pipe bending equipment has the advantages of low price and convenient use, and it occupies the leading position in the domestic bending machine market. It can bend the pipe under cold state (single mode) or two bend radius (double modes). It is widely used in the bending of various pipes and wires in the automotive and air conditioning industries.
